When and where is BeHive Expo 2027 taking place?
The event is scheduled for 22, 23, and 24 January 2027 in Manchester, UK. Exhibition hours are generally from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. A special Gala Event will take place on the evening of the 24th.
How can I register to attend as a visitor?
Visitor registration is available entirely online. You can secure your entry by filling out the form on our Visitor Registration Page. Standard entry is free for verified B2B professionals.
Do you provide UK Visa Invitation Letters?
Yes, we provide official Visa Invitation Letters for registered international exhibitors and verified buyers. Once your registration is confirmed, you can request the letter via our support desk to assist with your UK visa application.
Is there a specific dress code for the exhibition?
As a premium B2B international trade event, the dress code is strictly Business Professional or Smart Casual. Shorts, flip-flops, and overly casual attire are not permitted in the exhibition halls.
Can I purchase tickets just for the Fashion Show & Gala Dinner?
Yes, tickets for the Special Evening Event (Fashion Show, Live Music, and Dinner) on 24 January 2027 are available separately for £25. You can purchase them during your online registration or at the venue’s ticket counter (subject to availability).
How does the B2B Matchmaking work?
Our dedicated B2B matchmaking portal allows registered visitors and exhibitors to schedule 1-on-1 meetings ahead of the event. You will receive login details for the matchmaking app 4 weeks prior to the expo.
